Program Manager
Leads the design, implementation, and monitoring of programs across DRR, climate change, health, education, WASH, infrastructure, human rights, gender equality, humanitarian action, refugee support, research, capacity building, and community development. Ensures programs are impactful, sustainable, and aligned with LFG’s objectives.

Lead Field Coordinator
Oversees field operations, manages on-the-ground program activities, coordinates with local communities, and ensures timely and effective implementation of LFG initiatives. Monitors field progress, reports challenges, and supports adaptive program planning.
